Message from the Parent-Teacher-Community Association (PTCA) President
I am honored to accept this position as the President of the Parent-Teacher -Community-Association (PTCA) of American Global Prep School in Phnom Penh. I really appreciate this opportunity to help the students at AGPS as well as the other students all over Cambodia. I know that children are our future and that education is one of the best investments for our children and our country. There are so many friends and colleagues here at AGPS, and I look forward to working with you in our shared family to make our school the best prep school in Cambodia.
We are all here because of the vision of the founder of AGPS, Dr. Harry Hwang, and because of our amazing kids. I am volunteering as the President of the AGPS-PTCA because we need better education for all our kids, and for all the other children throughout Cambodia.
The PTCA is an opportunity for us to show how we value education in our own lives and the lives of our children. As parents, teachers, and members of the community, we choose to gather together as an association to show our support in preparing for the future of our younger generation. We are doing this not just because we love them and want the best for them, but we sincerely believe that equipping our children with a world-class education will help them lead our country and the global community into the future. We believe that Cambodia has a dynamic future on the world stage, and it is our duty to prepare them for what lies ahead.
Again, thank you very much for this opportunity. I will do my best to support education here at AGPS and for all our children. Genghis Khan taught us that one person alone cannot realize a big dream, but by working together, it is possible. I look forward to working together with you all.
Sincerely,
H.E. SIPHAN PHAY
